Each new account is managed by one of our dedicated account managers. They handle all your questions or queries.

Once the order is received, your account manager will raise a sales order with details of your garments.

3D Visualisation

Experience lifelike digital uniform previews with CLO Technology - every fabric, fold, and fit visualised before production.

CAD Pattern-Cutting

After conceptualisation, our pattern cutters use CAD software to create blueprints of your uniforms, tailored to your requirements. This means ALL patterns are original.

Tailored Fittings

After a sample uniform is confirmed, our Garment Technician will visit your site to carry out a fitting. This ensures the final uniforms fit all of your team to the precise centimetre.

London Manufacturing

After final fittings are completed, our factory team of machinists, seamstresses, garment-cutters, and pressers produce all uniforms with care and teamwork.

Speedy Delivery

We service speedy delivery through our own CS van and via DPD. Any fabric offcuts are recycled by our sustainability partner, Avena Group.

Service Packages

Below is a detailed overview of the standard & premium service packages we offer.

This package allows you to:

Design exclusive high-quality garments for your business in a range of stock sizes including length variation.
Select the best styles and high-quality fabrics.
Personalise the design and create a bespoke uniform for your business.

If you choose this package we recommend:

That everyone wearing the uniform tries on the sizes to get it just right. Our expert stylists at head office will help you with this.
You can arrange an appointment to come and visit us and if you cannot, we can send size ranges and connect on a Teams meeting to ensure the best fit possible.

Return Period

Once the size range has been sent you have two weeks to return the garments but if you do not we will issue an invoice for the entire size range.

Alterations

We do not offer free alterations because these garments are stock sizes.
You might want to look at our premium package if this is important to you.

Delivery

We despatch orders via DPD.

This package offers:

A tailored fitting experience with our expert team of stylists.
Just like the standard package you can choose from a wide range of styles, high quality products.
Add your own personal alterations making your design unique to your business.
We will adjust standard sizes to ensure a comfortable fit.
Alter garment lengths, take in or let out waist, bust and hips to ensure the most comfortable fit.
Attend sites for orders of £800 pp.

Alterations We will:

Alter any garments which do not match with the size agreed during the fitting session.
Any further alterations from the original agreed sizes will only be undertaken at an additional cost. This includes but is not limited to change of choice, weight gain/loss or any other unforeseen changes.

Delivery Depending on the size of the order and your delivery preference, we offer delivery by:

DPD – we will send you your uniforms and you can use the DPD tracking app. Signature is required upon delivery (see DPD standard terms and conditions).
Charlotte Stiffell Fitter – our specialist fitter will personally deliver your uniforms in our eco-friendly vehicle. However, any parking charges must be paid by you and added to your sales order, unless you can provide us with parking on-site.

To ensure prompt and accurate credit for your return, please follow the steps listed below:
1. Complete and submit the Returns Form to our Returns Department.
2. Once we have verified all information we will return to you a physical copy of the Returns Form to include with your shipment. The Returns Form that we return to you will list the items acceptable for return.
3. Please package items securely to ensure against damage during shipping. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in original packaging where applicable (if supplied in individual packaging).
4. When shipping please send to ‘Attn. Returns;’ at Charlotte Stiffell Ltd, Unit 29 Walthamstow Business Centre, Clifford Road, Walthamstow, London E17 4SX.
Please remember that Charlotte Stiffell Ltd will NOT accept;

Garments showing signs of wear or have been torn or damaged in any way.
Bespoke made to order items or items decorated with a motive or made to special requirements.
Goods that are outside the 28 days returns period.

Any item returned to Charlotte Stiffell Ltd not meeting the above condition will NOT receive credit and will NOT be returned to you. Goods returned for credit will incur a 10% handling fee.
